This Expression of Interest is for a projection artwork installation as part of Illuminate the North West 2026.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to read the EOI Guidelines and the Devonport City Council Public Art Policy before submitting.
Navigating the application form
On each page you will see a Form Navigation panel. This allows you to move directly to different sections of the application.
You can also use the Next Page and Previous Page buttons at the top or bottom of each screen.
Saving your application
If you need to leave a partially completed application, select Save and Close and log out.
When you log back in, go to My Submissions to reopen your draft.
You can download your application as a PDF at any time using the Download PDF button on the final page.
Submitting your application
Before submitting, you must review your application.
You will not be able to submit until all compulsory questions are completed and there are no validation errors.
Once submitted, you cannot edit or upload additional material.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application.
If you do not receive this email, your application has not been submitted.
Please check your spam or junk folder if needed.

You may be asked to upload files or provide links.
Please ensure documents are saved on your computer or storage device before starting.
Allow enough time for each file to upload before adding another.
Files can be up to 25MB. Smaller files will upload faster.
